Test Method: Immunofluorescence Assay (IFA)
Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) are classified as cytoplasmic (cANCA) or
perinuclear (pANCA). C-ANCA is associated
with Wegener’s granulomatosis (WG).P-ANCA is associated with systemic autoimmune
vasculitis.
