Can add on FISH up to 2 weeks if there is cell pellet remaining. Cannot add on Myeloma FISH Panel.

Need viable cells for culture so specimen must be kept between 4-21°C and delivered to lab immediately. Must be collected aseptically. If specimen is a dry tap, at least 1cm of core and 2-4mL of peripheral blood is required.
