Delta values are calculated and report as hs Tropoinin I 0-2hr Delta Value and hs Troponin I 2-4hr Delta Value. A change of <5 ng/L over 2 hours indicates a lack of significant change. A change of >20 ng/L over 2 hours indicates myocardial injury.
