Detects somatic small nucleotide variations (SNVs) and small insertions/deletions (INDELs) in IDH1, IDH2, BRAF, EGFR and PTEN. Detection of somatic variants in these genes is useful for prognosis and guiding therapeutic management for central nervous system tumors.
