Rejection Criteria
Culture of stool for enteric pathogens is not performed on
patients hospitalized >3 days
Formed stool will be rejected (Bristol stool types 1-4)
Stool contaminated with urine

Raw stool: 4 hours at room temperature or 24 hours at
2-8°C
